All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased through our store.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Notwithstanding the above, in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at dean.pavlovsky@gmail.comwith your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Where required by law, we will, at our discretion and in compliance with applicable legislation:

Replace the item, or

Provide a refund or other remedy as required under Canadian consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not comply with this policy or where sufficient evidence is not provided.
