We ship exclusively within Canada using Canada Post.

Processing & Production Time
All products are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for production and order processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

Shipping Time & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the selected Canada Post service. Estimated delivery times are provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow time for tracking information to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, including but not limited to weather conditions, service disruptions, or high shipping volumes.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by Canada Post, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact Canada Post directly.
